Gulf Trace Rental Help 4/25

We are looking for a rental in Gulf Trace starting 4/25 for 7 nights. We're trying to keep the rental at or under $1750 for the week. Does anyone have knowledge of either "Sea Turtle" or "Wahoo"-which would you choose? Is "Broad Reach" significantly better? We need 4 bedrooms and would like a pool. We are only considering Gulf Trace because of the proximity to the Park-we stayed in the cottages in the park last spring and loved the area!
Thanks Sharon
