Need great place near Dune Allen 6/27-7/4

My family (group of 4 adults, 2 children) rented a place at Sunset Beach. We got a great deal. However, we found out our relatives are staying in Dune Allen that same week.

We are considering trying to find a great deal on a place closer to them. Our 3BR in Sunset Beach is $1800 incl. taxes and fees. We're hoping to find an equivalent price on a place near our relatives.

We want a home (not a condo.) We would like access to a private pool or a community pool. We don't want to be more than a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Any suggestions??
