Best place for a Travel Tailer

Need to know where to set up a 30' travel trailer long term? Need a place with sewerage and electricity.

My mom rents out a couple of lots in a gated community with a pool. Her email is dilleydally13@hotmail.com if interested. It's off hwy 98 halfway between sandestin and destin, located a couple blocks from the beach, very near Pompano Joes. Beautiful place!

I understand there's a trailer park on the Bay off of Chat Holly.
