2 bed/2.5 bath bungalow for rent this winter...

I have a cute cottage in Seagrove for rent in Jan., Feb., March 2010. I would prefer a responsible snowbird for an extended stay during this time frame. It has 2 bedrooms/2.5 baths, two story, very nice. Purchased new in Nov. 2008. Nicely decorated. Complex has two pools, hot tub. Pool is right out front door. Two blocks from the beach. No smoking and no pets. $800 per month/$600 refundable deposit or $100 per night on a weekly basis. Please email me directly at gadams1234@centurytel.net
