Hi there-

My family is looking for a large newer home with plenty of room to spead out. We'd love to find something with at least 5 BR and 4 full baths, a private pool, seperate game/play room for the kids, and close beach access. Anywhere on 30-A would do, but would prefer something in/near/between Grayton Beach and Rosemary. Hoping to spend $5k or less for the week.
