This is a great area for being accessible to so much on 30A and great beach access. My avatar was taken from Seacrest beach, great place to view the beautiful sunsets.

No. Dangit! I wanted to sneak down before our 1st guest of the season but we had another 1st guest of the season 😀. Plus we kinda blew it out over New Years with our trip to Steamboat. Our 1st trip of the year will be June 18.

Good way to blow it, RO. We won't be back until late summer. This season is booking like crazy.
