I think I know which one you are talking about. Did it used to be named "Proteus"? If so, the new name is "Big Chill."

 Proteus is/was on the east side of Central Square. This house is on the west side of Central Square. The third-floor porch overlooking the Gulf has a glass railing.

Grayton Orange in Grayton has an elevator.  Kurt has a virtual tour of it and its grayton sunset's sister house.  They rent through rivard.
