With classic shingle siding and a timeless, east coast flair, you can book a stay at the main house of 30A Amazing Views, the carriage house, or both together (perfect for large groups and families.) All this, plus a brand new backyard swimming pool and hot tub, and the gorgeous gulf beaches are only moments away.

In the main home of 30A Amazing Views, multiple levels allow for plenty of privacy. On the first floor, there's an elegant great room that's wide open and spacious. The large living area features glass-front bookshelves surrounding the fireplace and an HDTV, plus a plush sofa for luxurious lounging. Next to this comfy space are four roomy armchairs, perfect for cocktails and conversation. The alfresco dining table is perfect for sipping coffee in the quiet mornings or serving dinner during a stunning lakeside sunset.

The luxe open kitchen is a chef's dream and features a center island with seating for four next to a dining table with seating for six more. The huge gas range has six burners and a griddle?ideal for whipping up a batch of fresh banana pancakes!
