Another Broken Egg Café
Spice up your morning with the Hey Lucy!!!, their signature omelet that marries Avocado, Chorizo, Sautéed Onions, Green Chilies, Cheddar-Jack Cheese, Sour Cream, and Salsa. Breakfast Hours: Tuesday-Sunday, 7:30am-2pm. Locations: Grayton Beach, Sandestin, and Destin.

The Perfect Pig 
The Butter Croissant filled with spiral sliced ham and apple butter, and the Ham Biscuit with Blackberry Mustard make for some seriously savory fare. Breakfast starts at 8am. Location: Seagrove Beach.

Fish Out of Water For a unique take on a breakfast staple, try the Bourbon Vanilla French Toast made with Challah Bread, Crisp Rice, Vanilla and Cinnamon. During summer, don’t miss the ever-popular breakfast buffet. Breakfast Hours: 8am-11am. Location: Watercolor.

Great Southern Café 
If you want to eat the best grits you’ve ever had in your life, order the world-famous Grits à Ya Ya with Blackened shrimp, Sauté of Applewood-Smoked Bacon, Spinach, Portobello Mushrooms, and Cream on a bed of smoked Gouda Cheese Grits topped with sweet potato hay. Breakfast Hours: 8am -11am. Location: Seaside.

Pickles
Breakfast is served daily in this famous Seaside roadside joint. The menu features the famous Hangover Omelet, home fries, “the best French toast in town”, and more great items to start your day off right. Sit on the porch and watch the world go by. Breakfast Hours: 8am - 11.am. Locatoin: Seaside.

Café Hibiscus 
This SoWal favorite serves the day’s most important meal in the Backyard of Love. Wholesome and hearty, the Waffle Wonderful topped with chunky peanut butter, fresh fruit, nuts, coconut, and honey, goes great with a cappuccino. Breakfast Hours: 7:30am-11:30am. Location: Grayton Beach.

Seacrest Sundries 
Start the day off right with a Mimosa and your choice of a Sausage, Bacon, or Ham, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit. Breakfast starts at 7am. Location: Seacrest Beach.

Donut Hole  
Get there early to snatch up this restaurant’s namesake. The donuts are made on site daily, and the donut holes vanish quickly. And since it’s a Florida diner, you must try the coffee and Key Lime Pie. Breakfast starts at 6am. Locations: Inlet Beach, Destin, and Santa Rosa Beach.

Summer Kitchen Café 
When in Rosemary…try the Sausage, Tomato, Potato, and Rosemary Frittata with a shot of Espresso while relaxing in the courtyard. Breakfast Hours: 7:30am-10:30am. Location: Rosemary Beach.

Coram’s 
This local legend serves Heavenly Hash Browns with Chopped Ham, Tomatoes, Onion, Green Pepper, Jalapenos, and Cheese. It’s the cure-all for long summer nights...and 21st birthdays. Open 24 hours. Location: a couple of miles in to Panama City Beach on north side of Back Beach Rd.
