Watch the original video

”Hawk’s Nest” on the Grayton Beach Access has amazing views of Grayton Beach State Park with massive dunes and sparkling Gulf, Western Lake and the town. It’s right on the beach front and the main Grayton access and boardwalk behind the Red Bar.

Located in the heart of old Grayton Beach, the multilevel beach house features 2,996 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a very grand great room (kitchen, living, dining) with huge windows, 10-foot ceilings, granite countertops and hardwood oak floors.

The master bedroom and two other bedrooms open onto the wrap around decks on each of the top three floors. See the Gulf, lake, beaches from these balconies! Step outside onto the beach, launch a SUP board or kayak in the lake or Gulf!

Shop just up the street at The Zoo Gallery, and only steps to Shorty’s or the Red Bar. There is public boat access/launch to Western Lake just a few blocks away. Sold fully furnished and rental ready. Good elevations, and, unlike many of the larger houses in Grayton there is plenty of parking!
