this weekend one P'Cola vendor was setting up in Non-Vendor area...He Said, Beach Enforcement told him it's ok to setup in this area.. Hour later Beach Enforcement on the scene Vendor moving on....

Well he gave it one more try to crash the beach....Enforcement issued HIM 3 citations. 1) setup's illegal beach area, 2) ghost chairs, 3) solicitation on public beach access. ...... Last seen headed back to P'Cola...Buh-Bye...thanks NEW Beach Enforcement Officer....
