Reservationist needed for a boutique vacation rental management company with properties along 30A. We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, self-motivated and has a positive attitude! You must be willing to offer an unparalleled level of customer service in keeping with the high standards for which our company is known. You will be responsible for the day to day tasks within the reservations and concierge departments.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years related experience and/or training in property management or hospitality industry preferred. Experience in similar fields considered; will train the right person.
• Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills and possess excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must possess thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office (Primarily Word & Excel)
• MUST have reliable transportation as driving is an important part of coordinating guest arrivals.
***Full time position. Must be available weekends and holidays. Eventually expected to help with after-hours rotation of calls/emails until approximately 9-10 pm.
