The smell and smoke is bad in Pt. Washington now, must be drifting in this direction.

I just got home- I have been driving around our neighborhood to find the fire- it is so smoky I thought it was here. What about Kickball Brian? Doesn't he live around there?

If the fire jumps the intracoastal at Eden I'll be the first to know. I'll be at home working today so I'll keep a lookout on the the fire. WCFD has people over here looking around, that means they must be a little nervous.😱

Did anyone watch the Channel 13 news at noon? Are there any updates?

It is just very smoky here. :( I wish we would hear more. How scary for everyone that lives up there.

This is getting bad. There is black soot on my deck furniture and it is very smokey.

As you might guess, I am not at my house (same area) right now - I really appreciate the updates.

Just spoke to the Sheriff's office and the deputy said yes you will have a lot of smke..and I asked if we were in any danger from the fire and he said not right now and we will be advised if there becomes a danger. Just thought those in Pt Washington would like to know of this report.

No and he seemend in a hurry to get off the phone but I just guessed they would do it the same way when they try to evacuate us..go thru the hood with a bullhorn. I have seen the fire truck cruising our neighborhood around noon. Scarey.

😱Just got home to my home in Point Washington from a lunch at WaterColor and the smoke was very noticeable there and - YIKES - there could be a potential danger to Point Washington?? Anyone know what the fire is doing now? It's so smokey here and there is black ashes everywhere. I can't find any recent info on the web or tv...anyone know anything more??
