Kids Yoga at For The Health of It Jul 23

For the Health of It is set to host their first Yoga for Kids event on Tuesday, July 23rd from 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.. Holly Lewis, LMT & Certified Kids Yoga Instructor, will lead a 30 minute gentle and revitalizing practice on the lawn. This is a free community class that is open to all ages. Everyone is welcome to play, stretch, grow and learn in the beautiful Florida sunshine.
