Stampy been a Stampn'.....

So I have this neighbor that lives up stairs from me. We will call her "Stampy" anyway Stampy loves to stamp around on her hardwood floors. Oh I forgot to mention she starts stampn' around at about 1 and does it all night complete with vacuuming and running up and down the stairs to do laundry and playing fetch with her dog. Last night she was talking some "mad trash" about me on the telephone and her voice can be heard quite well in my apartment. Apparently she is waiting for me to get in her face anywho here is the big question can she hear me as well as i can hear her? I live downstairs and i have concrete floors will this have anything to do with the way the sound carries?

no, i was just wondering if i could possibly be annoying her as much as she is annoying me. i don't feel like i am a loud person

No, she shouldn't really be able to hear you. Possibly, she feels bad about making so much noise that she has reversed the blame. Kind of like when I would do something mean to my girlfriend and then I would blame her so I didn't get in trouble.....It only work for so long though.

That was a joke jfunn, not funny I guess. Anyway you are not a loud person, I would not worry about it one bit. You pay your rent there just like she does, and you have every right to do as you please. However, if I heard her talking smack about me, I would have to say something to her.
