I think the interesting part of her chat with the congregation was when she mentioned that the black leaders of the Civil Rights movement gave Sen Obama the chance to run for President, and that comment received almost as much applause as when she said that they also gave her the chance to run.

It is so sad that so much of her intelligence is spent on being manipulative. She is so freaking smart and accomplished... but in the end I just don't think I could trust her. Trust is going to be a big factor in '08, if not the biggest.

I saw her on tv a couple of weeks ago holding a 2-3 year old child. She was going big time ga-ga over this child. Now tell me when you have EVER seen Hillary Clinton holding a child. As a matter of fact, I don't recall ever seeing pictures or film footage of Hillary holding her own child. So now the transformation begins.

Thanks SJ! I've been trying to think of the perfect word to use to describe that tone and look that Hillary gets when she gets her panties in a bunch over some issue or comment that she takes exception to.

Hillary is on CSpan right now. You've got to see this. She is speaking in Selma, AL at the First Baptist Church, and she has the most southern accent I've ever heard coming out of her mouth. Full of fluff and religion as she speaks to this congregation.


Just prior to this coming on, Obama was speaking at another church across town in Selma. He was even quoting from the Bible. He actually sounded very sincere as he spoke about the direction in which we need to be guiding our future generations, and he appears extremely likeable.

God love her. She is her own worst enemy. I don't think this country would ever elect her anyway.

Now everyone, next year let's dig deeper than watching one channel to determine who we should vote for. Read and get smart about who is running and what they stand for. Don't trust only the "liberal media", "fair and balanced Foxnews" lol: sorry, that always make me laugh) , Rush or Jon Stewart. Think for yourselves. You can read, you're doing it right now, so get to work.

Perhaps something other than personality or choosing someone because they are your party's candidate should be a determining factor when we vote in 08.
