My week at the lodge is July 29-Aug 5 (Rowie's birthday is Aug 3), however trying to be down for June 9 and who knows when else! Everyone needs to put their dates on the sowal calendar so we can check anytime we are there. Thanks!

You better find a way to make that happen! We're at the duplex in Grayton June 9-16 with an extended stay in Pt. Washington to follow.

We will be at Seagrove June 30-July 7th--hooray!!!! It has been quite the year--a good year for all of us--but I am eagerly awaiting our beach time. College kids will be with us--and daughter's boyfriend is even coming too!

Also, will you please forward "The List" as July approaches, as I won't be able to pack with out it. Bringing Bocce this year so anybody that wants to play drunken beach Bocce, please look me up in July. I'll be the bald guy with a beer in his hand.

thanks for asking--life in Memphis is good (and exceptionally busy!) But husband and I love the city, and our house--tho it was difficult to send daughter (our second of our two kids) off to college. She wound up doing well (amazing well, considering she was never much of a student in hs.) Son is now going to be a senior in college, and will go to Senegal this fall. (both of these scare me to death!) Both kids are home for the summer, with good internships--this city offers them far more than they could have gotten in upstate NY) My work life never stops--but it is going well.

But the beach vacation is the highlight of the summer--we made our reservations in March!
Hope all of you are well--I see the familiar names in the threads.

Not me, unfortunately.
Hubby and I are trying to save $$ to adopt our first child, so we've sworn off all luxuries for the next couple of years.
Somebody have a daiquiri for me, will ya?

We'll be in SoWal the week of August 11 with another family. If the week of July 21 is still not rented out to others in one of our cottages, we may come to SoWal that week as well. We'll be in Maine for early July (love it there, too).
