I don't think the "Sixth Sense" or "Forrest Gump" belongs on the list.

The book "Forrest Gump" was a great modern satire of US culture and the Vietnam War through the eyes of an athletically gifted idiot savant..........the movie was Tom Hanks being dumb and digitally inserted in old footage.

"Titanic" and "Saving Private Ryan" better be on there for something besides the plots and acting!

Titanic sucks. I'll agree with you there. But the first 15 minutes of "Saving Private Ryan" alone is worth its inclusion on the list.

I definitely agree, the opening montage of the beach landing is a great piece of cinematography and very educational. The rest of the movie I did not care for as it seemed a bit forced/preachy.

The scooterbug version of Titanic is a great improvement over the original. It's 45 minutes shorter and doesn't involve learning to spit, ballet dancing, making out in a car, or nearly as much racing around waterfilled corridors. More about a historic naval accident than leonardo dicraprio.

Having scanned the list once, is it my imagination or are Spielberg and Hitchcock represented awfully well in that list?

My favorite film on the list.....#48 Rear Window. My goodness, but when Grace Kelly first appears hovering over the wheelchair bound Jimmy Stewart.....what a vision of classic beauty.

Kelly, Kim Novak, Tippi Hedron, etc. Hitchcock had a platinum blonde in every film. My favorite? North By Northwest

Gross. All these movies are so boring.

They are just saying they are the best because the feel like they have to. I mean who really wants to sit through Citizen Kane or Mr. Smith Goes To Washington.

Snow White??? Really?

These are always SOO annoying.
