Ok, for you regular winers and diners, if you were going to recommend local places to eat or drink what would be on your list.

Of course I know to put D&K Cafe on there.

So please share your favorite places to dine or wine, and why? A general location would help too.

Thanks for the link, some of comments are 2 years old, have some of the places closed? Wouldn't that be pre-hurricane?

What I am looking for is the place you take your friends from out of town? The place you would not want someone to miss, if they were only going to be able to hit one or two places.

What would change if the secret got out?

I don't look dumb but on this I guess I am stupid.

Also after reading all these wonderful reviews of area restuarants, how in the world do you lose any weight in this town?
