Why Britney Lost Custody

TMZ knows exactly why Britney lost custody -- she ignored the Commissioner at every turn.

Rewind to last month. L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon ordered Spears to do a number of things in order to maintain 50/50 custody.

Spears was ordered to meet with a drug counselor -- she didn't do it.

Spears was ordered to submit to drug testing -- she didn't do it.

Spears was ordered to enroll in parenting classes -- didn't do it.

Spears was also required to sign the judge's order -- again, she didn't.

And last Friday, Commissioner Gordon prohibited both Spears and K-Fed from driving the children unless they had a valid California driver's license. Gordon was pissed today when TMZ posted video of Spears cavalierly driving her kids around Malibu.

In short, Spears did everything wrong ... by doing nothing.

Impossible given their parentage. I think the judge probably just chose the lesser degree of dysfunction.

Or possibly just the least publicized degree of dysfuntion. Either way the kids lose.

If this doesn't wake her up to get her act together nothing will........the only people I'm sad for is the children, they never had a chance with those two clowns for parents....Imho they would be better off with the grandparents raising them for a while.

The grandparents are the ones that raised these poor kids' stellar parents in the first place - why continue to compound their mistakes by letting them screw up the next generation!

Yeah, sadly I figured that since they aren't good parents they at least can afford to pay someone to properly raise the kids.

I guess it makes me mad when celebrities make their fame and fortune off of the people, and when they make poor choices they cry foul and that they are victims...when in essence it is what they crave and live for. People such as Brittany should never have children until they are prepared for it...why exactly DID she have kids??? That is what I would like to know...those kids are the victims, not her.

As much as I DONT keep up w/ the spotlight, unless it just walks out in from of me; I must say I concur w/AFUNN; I had this conversation with a good associate a few weeks ago with the whole Owen Wilson thing..... he has it ALL/had it all. has been blessed profusely, has more than many folks could EVER dream of; and then POOF......... I know it must be complicated with Celeb Status.... but .... JEEZE!!!!!!!! :roll:
