I plan to wait until the middle of the night in the middle of the week and go finish my toy shopping at Wal Mart out in the middle of nowhere. I'll never go shopping on Black Friday sober again...

Walmart on Black Friday. Never.
NoHall, Kohl's has all their toys 50% off. Although they are not normally a toy vendor, they stock up on Black Friday and place them in the middle of aisles and near customer service. They do a great job of making use of space. Lots of Fisher Price toys, and even toys for older kids. They had some hot toys too, a selection of just about everything. Also they have some that are exclusives, like a remote control helicopter
I have to say though where we go there are no strip malls, so the traffic is a lot lighter, and I also was in and out of Toy's R Us in less than hour and there was no line, and to boot we got help from a knowledgeable sales associate. I also don't go as soon as they open. We got there at 7 am.
They were saying this year would be good sales wise, however, I just didn't see the turnout that I normally do. Kohl's was open at 4 am, it was busy , but then by 5 am, it was rather quieter than normal. People came in, got a few doorbusters and left.
