Start the new year off right:
Special class on January 1st, 2008, 3-5 pm at her studio in the Shops Of Grayton, just north of Scenic 30A on the west side of 283 (Grayton Road). The Cost is $25. Anyone is welcome who has at least 6 months experience in any yoga tradition. Sharon is currently in India visiting and studying with the Iyengar family. She asked me to post this info.

The winter session begins January 6th, 2008. There are only slight time changes from the Fall session. For new local students, first class is 1/2 price.
