I just don't get cats. How can that be? Pepper's head is bigger than that cat.

I haven't allowed daughter to bring her new cat (that she got without our permission and whose vet bills we have to pay) to our house. So do you think Pepper would coexist with the cat and lick its head? Or would Pepper whomp up on the dadgum cat (which would please me to no end because I don't like cats.
)?
A friend of mine rescued two grey hounds, but had two cats. The simple solution was to "introduce" the dogs and cats. You simply hold the cat up and let the dog come on over. The cat swipes at the dogs nose and presto! The dog leaves the cat alone forever.

Not only am I severely allergic, I had a traumatizing experience with my neighbor's siamese when I was little. You know how kids will watch tv propped up on their elbows and their bums in the air? Well I was in that position and the cat attacked my bum sinking it's claws in!!! Yeow! Although I think they are so cute...I'm not a cat fan either. I was also cornered by 2 dobermans walking home from school one day about a year later. One of the reasons I don't like big dogs as much as small ones.
Despite all that you still turned out a wonderful human being.
I kind of have the reverse, I hate little dogs. I was constantly harrassed as a kid when I would bike around by this dachshund (sp?). All I can remember as the dog sunk it's teeth into my ankle was the owner yelling from the porch DON'T WORRY IT WON'T BITE!
