She must have watched the episode of Law & Order SVU that aired a couple of weeks ago, where the wheelchair-bound lady with Munchausen's got dumped into the swimming pool, only to watch her swim out of the pool and walk off. Problem is, that's a TV show. This is life.

I too would have had issues with him driving 5 mph and waving his hands, but this is ridiculous. It goes way beyond an error in judgment...:angry:

I hope that Sherrif is fired, not just suspended. I wonder how he got into the jail or from his car into the station? Wouldn't his car have special tags and or adaptions for his legs?

I am trying to make sense of why she didn't believe him. Seems like there are parts missing from this story.

Been on the news for days down here. It IS crazy. I really don't care what he did...... There is no call for that!

The Deputy that did it, they are "Talking" about dismissing she is on Unpaid leave, the one that was smiling at the camera as he walked away, insists he wasn't laughing and he is on Paid leave until after the investigation.

There is lots of "splaining" to do!!!!!

It is possible to sustain a cervical injury and have partial, but not total use of the arms and no use of anything below that level.
