Stinky's is great. Chicekn and sausage. No seafood in it. Goatfeathers has pretty good seafood gumbo. D&K...great. If memory serves, there were crawfish tails on top. I may be thinking of another establishment...

d&k's by far has the best gumbo. with extra shrimp on top. yum.

D&K or Blue Orleans. Gumbo should never include sausage/chicken and seafood...that isn't right. Seafood gumbo is just seafood and is sort of a New Orleans dish. Chicken and sausage is a country gumbo which is much cheaper(but no less delicious) that one might find in the wilds of Iota, Mamou or Gueydan.
