I like the pure Cranberry juice, no sugar. Then I kinda use it like a mixed drink. Put a splash of the real stuff and add water and ice. Very refreshing.

As far as imitation products, I had a Dr. of Biology at OWC 20 years ago tell me of the dangers of Trans fats and to stop using margarine. To use real butter instead. He said our bodies didn't understand how to break down the partially hydrogenated particles. Some of the microbiology students thought he was a nut, but now time has proved his theory right. If I eat cheese it's the real stuff. I'm partial to sharp cheddar. A little goes a long way.
