Don't forget that good posture and flattering/more tailored clothes will make you lose 5-10 lbs instantly!

Try Fiber One Honey Clusters Cereal. I started eating it to lower my cholesterol. Didn't help the cholesterol but I do like the cereal. It doesn't taste like cardboard! 51% of daily fiber requirements in one serving. 200 calories with skim milk.
Or sticks? I'll have to try it. I was eating Fiber One when I was doing WW. But I haven't tried the honey clusters.
The SpecialK stuff has too much sugar and I need to get away from that.
...not even in the womb? I applaud you and your efforts!!! I have felt like I have a little gainage from all the good food and drink the last two weeks. Luckily, that will end soon.:lie:
