Catering is a good way to make extra money in this area. It's hard work, but usually pays 150-200 per event.

I no longer stay in Dune Allen
I called about a different kind of bank when I was 19. Abstinence for 3 days was required before you could swap a "deposit" for $50 I believe it was! I got to considering the ramifications of having my procreative issue in the control of potentially mad scientists and chickened out. I am going to research it again now that there is the WWW (not for myself).

"All walks of people come in to donate," she said. "We have teachers, students, people who work for the city. We're definitely seeing a change in who is walking through the door, but they're all saying the same thing. They all say they need a little extra cash to pay for gas."

No recession to see here folks...keep moving along.

Seriously-wash cars. A friend and I did this one summer in high school when our parents threw down the 'you need to get a job' gauntlet. We spent about $30 on washing supplies and used a vacuum we already owned. We made cheap flyers and stuck them all around town and would wash cars at people's houses. Basic wash was something like $30, then we did something extra for $50 or so. We did very well...recouped our initial investment in two washes and then made lots of beer money. We also satisfied our parent's demands. One could easily make $200 a month doing this, and if they really hustled could make three or four times that much. Just a thought.
