Expecting Couple needs LTR in or around SRB!

Hi!
I have posted here before regarding LTR's and didn't have much luck, but I have had lots of luck with other subjects! So I am going to give it another try...
We are looking for a LTR around $1000-$1200, pet friendly, 3BR/2BA, with decent yard (TH or House will work). We currently rent in SRB and have a month-to-month lease. The current owners of the home are really not interested in signing a longer lease due to the fact that they have the property for sale. I was advised (after the owners found out that we are expecting) that they will be trying their best to sell the house as quickly as possible. I do not want to be in the position of finding a LTR after the baby comes, so we are very anxious to find something soon. We have a long rental history and great references. We both have great jobs at respectable businesses in the area.
If you have any information that may lead us in the right direction, please let me know!

Try calling the Propery Management Companies like Max Matthews....I looked for 2 weeks, then went there and within 2 hours I had a house. They have quite a bit to choose from. We have twins and just couldn't continue to wait and wait for something to "pop up". Hope this helps! ......and congrats on your new bundle!

Ground floor condo in Seagrove

Hi,

I have a 3/2, unfurnished, washer & dryer included for lease at Seagrove Highlands. It is on the ground floor and backs up to Pt. Washington National Forest. It's not the biggest yard in the world but you do have a large grassy area that is in between the screened in porch and the forest.

Call Sharron at 850.267.0220 tell her Greg and Danna sent you. She is really nice and they have been the best landlords we have ever had. I was shocked when our a/c went out I called and they had someone over here to fix it in 30 mins. and when the guy was here I mentioned that I was not real happy with the dishwasher and the next morning a guy knocked on the door with a brand new one. Good landlords are hard to find. Thanks,Greg
