The Most Dangerous Cake Recipe

I haven't tried this, but you can bet I am going too. I personally would use dark chocolate chips though.

This is for anyone needing a chocolate fix in a hurry.

The 5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

4 Tbsp plain flour
4 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp baking cocoa
1 egg
3 Tbsp milk
3 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp chocolate chips
a small splash of vanilla
1 coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well.

Add egg and mix thoroughly.

Pour in milk & oil and mix well

Add the chocolate chips and vanilla, mix.

Put mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes (1000 watts). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed.

Allow to cool a little and tip out onto a plate, if desired.

EAT! (This can serve 2, if you want to feel slightly more virtuous)

Why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now you are only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

Amateurs - way too many ingredients in that. Stir fry brownies in a frying pan for a really quick cooked chocolate experience!

And I am thinking if you added some Caramel, or chocolate syrup on it, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream you would be in heaven.
