Because she is just so damn entertaining. Day after day, interview after interview you just can't make this comedy up. The writers at SNL could never come up with a skit this funny. Since she won't go away we might as well enjoy the show.

Okay, but 2012 is what.....let's see, subtract eight from two, borrow from the one.....four years from now. And it will not matter. Obama, who has been almost flawless as Candidate will likewise be almost flawless as President. Although he has not been sworn in yet, I declare him the winner in '12.
Can we obsess with Palin in four years? She probably will not be the nominee of the Pub party in '12.
How could she know what was going on behind her. . . .she's having to focus so hard on the words coming out of her mouth. I love where she says she's thankful for the health and happiness of her family as an entire turkey family is being killed behind her. And then says she's thankful to be doing something fun instead of things that will invite criticism. Good lord. She needs to take a LONG vacation and decompress.

Fair enough. The real difference is that there is no obsession with Biden. None. Is it because he is a known quantity? Even when he spoke the words - word for word - of Kinnock, the press and public fried his fat in the oil for a while but nothing about any of his past missteps when he was nominated by Obama. I guess I am suggesting a - gulp - double standard is in play. Critics say that the Mac selected Palin for her chromosomes. Again, fair enough. But critics are obsessed with her because of her chromosomes. At least that is what Dick Morris says. Is he right?
