...and he is so proud of those "shoes"! They still make me catch my breath everytime I see them. Poor gttbm!

They are breathtaking and I do love them. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn; pretty much the comfort of being barefoot without the drawbacks.

I just wish they made dressier versions for work.

Where did you purchase? Those look commmmmmffffffy. I like to go barefoot and they probably work great in the water too huh?

They are comfy and they work well in the water. The version I got has the strap so they don't come off in the surf.

I got them at AbbaDabba Shoes in Atlanta. They are Vibram Five Fingers. (Remember Vibram? They make the soles for lots of hiking shoes.)

And just what do you mean "if they're not pretty"?

As you can see below, there are many attractive designs.

I can easily see them replacing the loafers I wear to work.
