If I had to choose a punishment for a death row inmate and the choices were between a good waterboarding and letting them know the day they die, I'd go with the waterboarding.

That's laughable. Conservative decision making is based on faith which is the antithesis of thought and reason. You know at the end of the day they all cry themselves to sleep at night.
