Because after an incredibly long wait (and I do mean looooonnnnggg wait), Swafia was approved for his 100-Ton Master Captain's License! Yay!
I'm super-duper proud of him for sticking it out, during one of the most difficult years of his life--he lost his father, who was also a Master Captain, a little over a year ago-- and I'm so happy for his success!
I know his dad woulda been proud, too!
