Milquetoast. Although milktoast does sound like it would be good breakfast fare.The right wing Diva and the Milktoast--anything is possible....
Why did I not expect any less from the majority on this forum? If you had $500,000 in lawyer fees facing you and you had been found not in violation of any of the 15 ethics violations brought against you, would you be slightly, no, greatly PO'd. Some, IMO, have absolutely no conception of what this country should be all about or what we really need. People like Sarah Palin do. Its time some realized what this nation is all about and "started "going forward, but in a different direction". Sarah Palin, whether you agree with her or not, epitomizes a person secure in their convictions and willing to follow them because they are sure they are right. Additionally, I really feel sorry for a lot of citizens in this United States and their attitudes regarding how we are governed, will be governed and have been governed in the past. It is time to change course, not look for "change" that is ill founded and useless.
My "expert" authorities are indicating that the job was tooooooohard.....
Also, she is needing to spend more time at home, because hubby is rumored to be two timing her with a female moose named Gladys.....
There are also strong indications that she is being groomed for the
2012 Palin/Crist or Crist/Palin ticket. The biggest problem with that ticket is that there is a big concern they will fight over their dresses and Biff the secret service stud......

Wow. I watched her speach and while it is unconventional, I can see how she could do more for her convictions outside of her present position. She garners a lot of support among Repulicans and can travel and support candidates who she feels represent her ideals best.
I can understand people disagreeing with Palin's viewpoints, but I am continually amazed at the gloating that goes on at things like her daughter's pregnancy and in general, just how much hatred has been thrust her way. The Letterman 'joke' and yes, all the frivolous suits brought against her. I'd believe that poeple would be united in how sick that is for our country and political agenda. I'd be pissed if Obama was continuously harassed with people bringing false allegations against him. How could we expect him to govern.
It goes both ways. Right is right and wrong is wrong. I wish Sara and her family the best. Politically, I personally hope she never runs for the highest office, because she obviously has such passionate hatred toward her and it would just be a freak show. I don't know how much of that is sexism, as Hillary got much of the same, though it doesn't seem to the degree.
But, God bless America and everyone have a great 4th of July. We are free, please, let's try to work together and help one another out. We can make a difference with how we treat each other.

It amazes me how hate-filled some people here are. It is very sad for them and also for our little piece of paradise.
I bet there are a lot of very happy Alaskans today
