And, each bite is so danged good! Just had a klondike for supper-yum!

I rarely eat icecream so I thought this behaviour odd.

I normally don't eat ice cream at all. I don't like cold stuff. If I do eat it, I have to microwave it for a few seconds first. But, the other day, I was starving and I whipped into Sonic and got a banana shake (large). Drank the whole thing in like two minutes. It was over the top good. That was my fix for a while, but I will always have fond memories of it.

Banana Shake? Now, that's interesting-at least yours was healthy.
A thickshake sounds yummy-I might go get a chocolate one at McDonalds right now.

We never eat "ice cream" except for frozen French vanilla yogurt at Dawson's which we love. But lately because our house at the beach is rented and we are stuck in GA, we have been nomming on Publix vanilla frozen yogurt on top of my yummy peach pie. I think it's due to the mid-90's temperatures here that are affecting our appetites.

We are already thinking about menus for tailgating at Georgia Tech football games, so it's a seasonal thing for us, Lynnie.

We eat ice cream all summer so i don't find anything odd about your behavior Lynnie. It's a nice way to cool off. DD, i used to live right around the corner from a sonic in H-town. The banana pie shake was my daily dose of mmmmmmm-----mmmmmmm----mmmm!!!! That graham cracker topping! Oh, i might have to drive to Destin today!

Preggers? Good question - but, I am not craving other strange things or things that coupled with ice cream would be strange, like doritoes or pickles. I am craving exotic food, however........

I think my favorite is Mayfield's Chocolate or Vanilla~~~~~ YUM!

Gyaw... ME TOO!! I started jonesing for Dairy Queen a few days ago. DQ choc. malts are my fave but I was just craving a vanilla soft serve cone.
Had to settle for an evening run to The Thumb for Good Humor drumsticks. Pretty ersatz fix.
(I thought you were gonna say you'd gotten an ice cream maker and started freezing farm cream ice cream).

:lolabove: nomming!! LOVE that description!!!

Have you ever had the pistachio gelato from that ice cream place across from Great Southern... Sweet Dreams... or something like that? 'Tis a thing of pure wonder!!

Lynnie, have you tried the Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard at DQ? A chocoholic's dream!

We just started South Beach today as recommended by my internist yesterday. Having a garage full of leftover wine from the reception has just been too tempting. No sweets (or wine) for us for a while! Maybe in September I'll splurge on the pistachio gelato!
