I thought fasting caused your metabolism to slow to a crawl as your body thinks it's starving?!
That is tue. My fast includes a shake three times a day that has all the nutrients without the calories and jump starts the continued diet process. As of this morning I have lost 2.4 lbs..!!!!!!!



. The numbers on the scale keep creeping up, even with the workouts (and I am taking into consideration that muscle is heavier than fat). I have to do something now or I will be miserable for the holidays.
