Tall Narrow Homes in Village of Blue Mountain Beach

Does anyone know of a builder who could build a home like the tall narrow homes in the Village of Blue Mountain Beach?

I am looking for a builder to build me a simple sturdy cottage for $100 a sq ft or less. I own a very narrow short lot and can build up to 3 stories.
