There is no logic in this order but that also seems to apply to our illustrious Governor - Without delving into the religious implications of this decision I would suggest you look no further then some of the PAC's who helped elect him. I am sure this would be public information and I would guess you will see several conservative groups who funded his campaign with a ties to religion. (Did I say that as PC as possible?)
