clearly you are speaking about abortion, this has been put back on the states where it should have never left (as per our constitution). The issue is your moral thoughts on when a child becomes a child. I'll start by saying I don't care either way (that may come as a surprise to you) if people get an abortion (I think it is a personal choice that should be made between the 2 people that made the baby). I believe a child is a life form at conception so killing it anytime after that is murder. You may believe something different. Can we agree that once the 'clump of cells', that your side likes to call them, becomes a child (at whatever stage you want to say that happens) it is murder to kill that being. Without getting too unemotional about this the mother is merely a host for that child in which to gestate. So this is not a womans health issue at all on any level. Now that being said if at any time during the pregnancy the woman's life is in jeopardy because of the growing child then it does become a womans health issue and then that woman has the right to make whatever choice she seems fit. I also think there should be lateral for rape, incest, birth defects, ect but I would have to go way deeper to form an opinion. Personally I don't care about abortion either way I think our society needs to come to a consensus on a state by state level as was intended.
