History is in our past. We should learn from history but we live in the present. Rebellions don't always succeed and we have something a lot better. It is called Democracy which gives us some control of elected officials that stop trying to represent all of us. Representing all of us will always be compromise over principle. That is America and as long as we have our Democracy we will be strong. Our Constitution was a compromise of principles and ideals. If our Democracy falls and it could it will be because of the Republican Party and all those that would rather have leaders who tell you how to think, when to think and about what to think. It is very simple and easy to know who these leaders are. They spread fear. They spread anger and hate. They spread lies and half truths. They do not want the American People to have any power. They want power for themselves at all cost. The notion that armed militia's makes America strong is nonsense and worse. Armed militia's is a thing of the past and I understand that some people need to live in the past but I hope they come to their senses before it is too late. Never in history has the quality of life been as good as our American Democracy has provided right up until this moment. Never in history has a dictatorship led to the quality of life that the dictators promise you...
America is not a democracy. Never has been but it will regress into one which will accelerate the collapse of our nation
Militias have nothing to do with the collapse of every great society that has ever existed
To say history is the past is beyond foolish as this same senerio has played out at least 8-15 times before us and we are on borrowed time

Hard times make strong men
Strong men make good times
Good times make weak men
Weak men make hard times
