There are good leaders and bad leaders. A good leader is open minded which makes them unpredictable. A bad leader is close minded and predictable. I think we all know who fits where :)

What is interesting about humans is that we will follow bad leaders. We would rather have conflict than open minded discussions. When the mind closes down all that is left is the battle. Once the battle begins who cares about truth, justice, fairness, equality, safety, etc. Old Sleepy Joe seems to be a lot better at leadership. He had to overcome a lot of conflict in life so that is likely the reason he is able to reach out to his political opposition and find compromises. I think our founders envisioned leaders that are able and willing to do just that. If Old or Sleepy was a problem it would be in the Constitution but it just ain't there :)
