I’m looking for a long-term rental starting early to mid August on 30A, Miramar Beach, or Sandestin.

What I’m looking for:

• 1 or 2 bedroom, no studios or shared housing
• Not seeking apartment communities
• Furnished or unfurnished, open to either
• 6 to 12+ month lease, ideally longer term
• Walkable area preferred
• Budget: ideally in the low $2k range; flexible depending on property and location

About me:

• Sr Manager in tech, fully remote; travel occasionally for work
• Stable income; clean, respectful, low-key
• It would just be me; occasional visits from family or friends
• Emotional Support Animal, 7 lbs dog
• Have been in the 30A area on and off for 10+ years and very familiar with the area

Looking for a solid long-term fit and an easy, reliable tenant-landlord relationship.

Our long term tenant is leaving August 9 and we would love to consider you for our carriage house in Blue Mountain Beach. It's 1 bedroom. 1 bath, fully furnished with washer and dryer included.
