It's just the RO spelling variation of embellish (he's been known to misspell a word every now and then.)

Sorry about the lack of pui...I will have to teach her better than that! :blink:

:nono1: Not like me...but I was up the night before with Kaiboo till 3:00 in the morning watching movies.... :wub:

so I was pretty tired.
Newfie and I made yummy pizza (not as good as Amore though :blush:

) watched Running With Sissors (which was very long!) and I fell asleep on the couch.
I think SoWal will become a routine with her...just like it is with us! :lolabove:

It is true, I might be getting addicted - Allifunn and I got up this morning and both headed for the computer... too bad I only have one, will have to bring my laptop home from work next time! I was going through withdrawals here when the site was down for a bit! :bang:

We watched The Illusionist today for the second time (and no, we watched it the first time a while back, not last night) which is a great movie btw.... the pizza was even better reheated. And I too apologize for the lack of PUIs, but we were SoWalling.... I was getting the scoop on some of the fun SoWal stories! :nono1:

The dogs are Newfoundlands or Newfies for short. The B/W one is a Landseer Newfie -- he is Huggs and the black female is Kisses. They are adorable and are a fun breed.

They love socks...Huggs found one of mine and was using it as a chew toy... :rolling:

Socks Tangent! My weimeraner Flo, has had 2 surgeries to remove the socks she had swallowed that would not go through. I don't know what it is about weimeraners and socks but I've heard it is common to them. Lots of socks are without mates because of end result!

You were lucky.... many items have been destroyed by these two in their puppy daze.... socks, sunglasses, flip flops, window sills, shoes, towels, etc... whatever happened to be laying around... :roll: These days it just seems to be stray socks which are mush cheaper than rainbow flip flops.... :idontno:

Been lucky not to have to undergo surgeries though!

You got me on "funn" :blush:

dory's special favorites were dryer sheets and and toilet paper. luckily they came out the same way they go in....at mom and pops she usually got into pops box of rubber bands he saves from the newspapers, mom thought dory had worms but it was actually the rubber bands she had eaten :rolling:

OMG - I totally forgot about the toilet paper - that is still an ongoing battle here. All bathroom doors remain closed at my house! :floor:

2 dogs love toilet paper and it is a HUGE pet peeve. The sight of a roll shredded, which somehow is my job to pick up on a regular basis, drives me crazy! Flo also has a thing for bars of soap! I think Tone is her favorite. We have switched to bottle soap because I was tired of finding the soap gone after I had already gotten in the shower!
I used to have quite an extensive collection of boots from living in Michigan. Smokin hot red boots, equestrian boots, high heeled dress boots, I just liked wearing boots with dresses. I don't have them anymore :confused:

Well, my first Newfie came from FL, so I think they adjust. They are way too cute.... helps them out of many situations:roll: . I haven't really read up on this, but I believe they have ways to adjust through skin, coat and nose. Mine are definitely not suffering here in SC (Allifunn can vouch that they are spoiled rotten). AbacoMAH has more info on this.... I just tend to believe what I hear... :idontno:

They are predominately inside dogs and have a temperature controlled sunroom as a doghouse.... real tough stuff... they do have a habit of "spooging" all over everything :drool:
