We pretty much don't use the whole thing from mid-October thru mid-April. Sometimes just the fan to circulate air, but otherwise it's perfect.

houses aren't built for cross -venting etc these days. I don't see how they read with those oil lamps and candles.

Mr. IBD is doing a remodel (tree in house) and the man paid $4000.00 for a tree service to remove the tree. I think someone was took.

I heard Bill White, the mayor of Houston, warning people about price gouging after the storm passes. He told citizens to call 311 and report any IDIOTS that try this tactic. Doesn't that just make your blood boil????

I reshingled my own roof for under $1000 with architectural shingles.

The local gas/oil distributer says that gas here will go up $1/gallon tomorrow. Bunch of bat turds.

It was beautiful today! This was truly a perfect summer day and I enjoyed ever bit of it.
