OK, Cap'n Crazy and I are headed out on a bike trip from Mount Vernon, Va. to Pittsburgh 😱 via the C & O Canal Trail to the Great Allegheny Passage Trail. Sooooo, we are packing up our bikes to head out with a bus full of peeps from Pittsburgh. Our first destination will be a B&B in Mount Vernon tonight and then our bike journey will begin in the AM. The good thing is, is that the bus will pick us up when our sorry butts can't take it anymore :wub: . We'll keep ya posted.

Looks like I won't be biking SoWal today since my Northwest flight was cancelled along with 1000 others and the airlines are not picking up their lines. :bang:

Biking and drinking? Been there, done that! But somehow I think that Gypsea has me beat in that department. Those martinis rule. ;-)

Glad you made it!:clap: My other half did not make it past ATL on his trip north yesterday because of all the craziness. :shock: He continues on this weekend, hoping that holiday traffic isn't going to make it worse!

Sorry to hear that OM! Was he flying NWA or another carrier? Apparently there were quite a few cancelled flights yesterday. I hope the rest of his flight will be uneventful.
