I hope she's looking at jail time. Someday one of these young crazy kids is going to kill an innocent person who sadly happens to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. The truly sad part is that her alcoholism and drug addiction won't be taken seriously until she hurts or kills somebody driving under the influence. Until then it's weekly stays at the "Hotel Rehab" and back on the streets to try again.

Gosh, she'd been wearing something called a SCRAM bracelet http://www.alcoholmonitoring.com/products/bracelet.html -- never heard of that. They also say that she entered the police facility with cocaine in her posession!

It's really sad to see something like this happen to someone, especially as bright as her future once looked.
