Between my wonderful weekend last week (long story) a week from HELLO and trying to get my new tenant in my Seagrove house and trying to get all my utilities straight and trying to get furniture deliveries set up and trying to repair my nasty bay house and get it cleaned up and rented out again and my new seagrove tenant telling me he wants to be in by sept 1st and today....
