what about one of these? you won't need a helmet
I bet we can get that over 10 mph.
hmmmm......can't remember
Yes, but they are as expensive as a regular motorcyle.
The Honda Metropolitan is the answer, but it won't be doing 50mph. :funn:I do like the new Vespa scooter, too, but it is pricey.
Seen the Yamahas? More powerful than the Metropolitan, not as pricey as the Vespas.

The Honda Metro comes in many colors and prints.

The Blue Hibiscus was a color option on the '04 models. Now, they have a

pink Hibiscus, for you girlie girls.
Price new, $1900-2000

The Piaggio (the company which made Vespa) MP3 is pretty cool, too, though I am sure, pricey.

The Vespa GTS 250(cc), should have no problem doing 50mph.

p.s. New siggy line.

BR, do they make those microchips that you put in your arm like one of your students has and then you can just summon your car?
I think it would be pretty hard finding spots for Sowal stickers on top of parking permits, not to mention your fur getting stuck in the tires and worst of all Atlanta traffic.

Like you said, Metropolitans are too wimpy. Vespas are too pricey. Love the Yamahas. Great consumer reports, etc. I LOVE mine.

I do like the new Vespa scooter, too, but it is pricey.I agree.
You know me too well. But then if I can walk/run that route without packing, I certainly will feel safe on a scooter....packing heat under the seat.
p.s. this scooter might be covered by insuranceBad hair day for her! But a fur might not get ruined under that cover.

But I'm watching James Bond right now. As defensive as I am about my scooter, I don't think 007 has one. Not even one with a machine gun.
