Dylan hates anything that gives him butterflies. Do you know the trick of flexing your stomach muscles? It really helps.

Audie-one of my favs at KI is the avatar ride in kiddie land...kinda reminds me of the pirate ship except you have that extra fear of the car breaking off and flying away.:eek:

Hey Audie, I knew you'd resurface. I too am too old for most rides at the amusement park. Cannot stomach anything that spins you around and takes you up and down at the same time. Get highly nauseated. Now the log flume rides I love. Don't mind the wet. And I love the Gravitron. It spins you around where you are hanging up at the top. I can tolerate it. This might be the last year for the Mid South Fair. It's 150th year. Millington and Tunica and Marion, Arkansas are all offering 150 free acres for the fair. And my fair partner is living in Clarksville now so there will be no more fair for me. Not going by myself here. Not safe. Husband doesn't like the fair. Audie, ours starts this weekend. Want to make a side trip to Memphis so we can go together? They are wanting to sell the fairgrounds and put retail shops there. Sucks. :cry:

I wish this were true...the pain just isn't worth it anymore. I was reading an article the other day that said teens seek out thrills from scary movies/scary rides/roller coasters due to a chemical imbalance in their brain. It was really interesting. I'll choose to get my thrills elsewhere.:blush:

:bang: No one to go to the fair with. And there are two free mainstage concerts next Tuesday night and Wednesday night I would love to see.

The Sugarhill Gang is performing on Tuesday night, they did the first rap song ever, Rappers Delight. I love that song. And Wednesday night, the Village People. I love them. Hubby doesn't care for the fair and he has to work Wednesday night when the Village People will be there. Pooh! :(

Here's exciting...all my toilets are turning against me. :eek: Had to call the plumber when the third one flushed funny. :blink: Luckily, I have one left. ;-) Of course, I'll be waiting on the plumber tomorrow. :bang:
